Okay, its official. LindaW is going to attend b/c she is meeting me at 5pm. Right :) This event is always a good time and yes the old hosts are still very involved. We don't have to work the day of the event and that is a major bonus. Check out the pictures at www.rccb05.com if you have doubts!
Hmm. The conversation I recall was, "Let me get back to you, but I think IF I CAN make it, it will have to be right at 5:00." :) Or something like that...
I figure I'm 2 for 4 on making an appearance at these things (I wasn't running with the right crowd the first year they had the party), so it could go either way.
That, or I skip every other year, so I should be there this year.
Let me just say that if I know one thing about this girl it is how much she hates to commit to doing something ahead of time. Probably because she's just as apt to want to stay at home on the couch on a Saturday night, and she won't decide until then. So I guess we'll find out then. And, for the record, telling her her "fans" want to see her there will backfire, so don't even go there...
i'll have to see. you know i don't get off work until 6pm then i have to go home and walk the "child" and change clothes. since you aren't sure if you are going due to your other commitments, i'll call vickie and see if she and paul are going. :)
